Itinerary
Day 1 – Travel, river, and welcome ceremony
06:00: Departure from San José by private transport
07:30: Traditional Costa Rican breakfast (gallo pinto) on the road
10:00–12:00: Initial adventure on the Pacuare River (rafting class III)
13:00: Light lunch at the lodge or on the river
15:00–16:15: Free time to settle in and explore the natural environment
16:15–17:30: Welcome ceremony and circle of intention with relaxation pranayama.
18:30: Community dinner and break
Day 2 – Nature, restorative pranayama, and rafting.
06:00–07:00: Early morning pranayama session and guided relaxation
07:00–08:30: Conscious breakfast at the lodge
09:00–13:00: Departure rafting on the Pacuare River class IV (setch to Siquirres) Light lunch on the river
13:30–14:00: Arrival at the exit of the river
14:00–15:00: Transition time and preparation for the trip
15:00: Departure to San José
19:00 approx.: Arrival in San José (depending on traffic)
