Cancellation Policy – VoydeTour

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before the tour:

Refund of 100% of the amount paid.

  • Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before the tour:

Refund of 50% of the amount paid.

👉 However, you can reschedule your experience for another available date, subject to quotas.

  • Cancellation with 7 days or less before the tour:

There is no refund or rescheduling.

  • Important Notes

    • Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for booking.

    • Rescheduling is only possible in cases of force majeure and is subject to availability.

    • In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events, Voydetour will provide safe and fair alternatives for participants.
