  • Day 1 / San José to Puerto Viejo / Pick up in San Jose Center. Get ready to start the in the morning. After meeting your new travel friends, take the included transport to Puerto Viejo, located about 5 hours from San José. During the trip, stop at a local restaurant. Upon arrival at our place we will settle in and have an afternoon of pranayamas and relax.

  • Day 2 / Puerto Viejo / Surfing, Adventure and Pranayama / Pranayamas before go to surf. This day we are going to the beach for the first surf lesson and so get ready to catch the waves. In class you will learn tips and techniques. In the afternoon enjoy a meditative walk. Optional afternoon activity: Visit to the Bribri indigenous community to make chocolate in the traditional way or Yoga class.

  • Day 3 / Puerto Viejo / Surfing, Pranayama and Stillness / Pranayama session. Go to the beach for the second surfing class in the Caribbean. There is a lot to see and do in Puerto Viejo, and we wanted to make sure he had time to assimilate everything. Optional activity in the afternoon: Rent bicycles and visit Punta Uva for swimming and walking or Yoga class.

  • Cahuita National Park

    Day 4 / Puerto Viejo / Surf, Relax & Explore Puerto Viejo / Pranayamas session. Take a board and start riding waves with your third surfing lesson. After your surf lesson, relax on the beach and enjoy lunch while watching the waves. Meditative walk through the forest. Optional activity in the afternoon: Yoga class.

  • Day 5 / Puerto Viejo to San José / Travel to San José. We begin and end our trip on this day with a last session of pranayamas to give you this gift of being able to create the habit of breathing every day.
